PwC UK has appointed Mark Pugh as asset management leader.
Pugh has been an assurance partner at PwC for 10 years and is taking over his new role from Paula Smith, who is returning to the United States after her secondment to the UK firm.
Pugh said he was honoured to have been selected for the position and that he would work to further expand and develop PwC UK asset management services.
PwC UK financial services leader Kevin Burrowes welcomed Pugh's appointment saying that with his extensive experience in the sector he will bring great insight to the industry and "drive forward a growing area of business for PwC".
