AGN International has added Colombian firm Granauditorías to its association.
The firm is headquartered in the North West city of Medellin and has two partners managing 10 staff.
The firm specialises in audit, accounting, tax and consulting work.
AGN international said the firm has the capacity to deploy satellite branches in other cities such as Bogotá, Cali or Barranquilla.
Commenting on the addition AGN international chief executive Nicholas Blake said: "It is a great pleasure to know what with the appointment of this firm, AGN's coverage in South America takes a significant step forward. With this appointment AGN now has 21 members in the continent and the appointment of this strong firm provides even greater possibilities for enhanced referred work".
