PwC has appointed Nora Wu as vice chairwoman and global human capital leader, effective 1 July 2014.
Wu is serving as PwC Shanghai office senior partner and Central China markets leader. She trained as a tax partner and has extensive consulting experience in international business and taxes, particularly in advising multinational companies across a broad range of industries in establishing their China investment projects.
Wu succeeds Dennis Finn, who left PwC to be chief executive officer of the advisory business at WorleyParsons.

PwC global chairman Dennis Nally said.
