AGN International expand in Egypt and the Philippines

Egyptian firm Mohamed Adel Nassef & Co and Philippines firm Machica-Tan Cruz & Co have joined accounting association AGN International.

Machica-Tan Cruz & Co is AGN's first firm in the Philippines, and has offices in Manila and Leyte, as well as a recently established satellite office in Cebu City.

The firm has 4 partners and 25 staff members, and specialises in audit, tax and compliance services.

Cairo based Mohamed Adel Nassef & Co was founded in 2011 and specialises in accounting, audit, tax and some advisory services.

Nicholas Blake, chief executive of AGN international said "Egypt is currently going through a radical change in its social and commercial structures".

"Our offer of membership to Mohamed Adel Nassef & Co is timed to ensure that clients of our member firms worldwide will have first-hand knowledge of the radical changes that will surely come in this showcase and high-profile Arab country."
