Simon Slater has been appointed as PKF LittleJohn's first non-executive director.
Prior to this, Slater was managing director of Intelligent Office Consulting Services, and has also worked at law firms including Taylor Wessing and Charles Russell.
PKF Littlejohn managing partner Carmine Papa said the newly created role was to build on the firms PKF membership, and added that Salter's role will include "bringing fresh insight into how the firm is run and our expansion plans."
Littlejohn first joined PKF in April 2013, as the network looked to rebuild its UK presence following PKF UK's merger with BDO UK.
