KPMG UK announced three appointments to its tax litigation practice and a change of its leadership structure.
Amanda Brown has been tasked with heading up the tax and litigation practice. Previously she was indirect tax litigation partner. She will be supported by three tax leads, two of which are new additions to KPMG's team.
Boaz Goren, previously a senior manager at PwC legal, will take the role of private client/owner managed business lead. And Robert Hartley, formerly at law firm DLA Piper, will take the tax lead for corporate taxes in KPMG's corporates and financial services sectors.
